He has even brought back to life several of my favorite items that were ruined from other drycleaners!!!! I live in Brickell and use the pickup and delivery service offered by Sudsies. I trust all my clothes to Sudsies even my designer duds. I also use them for alterations. I'm only 5'2'' and I have to hem everything. I just pin the length on pants, dresses and cuffs and everything comes back done perfectly. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I have been using Sudsies' services for the past 14 years and, aside from their high quality dry cleaning, their level of customer service goes beyond extraordinary. One example of their great customer service: one very rainy day one of their staff actually came out to my car and collected my dry cleaning so that I wouldn't have to get out of my car and get wet. I wear business attire every day, and over the past few years have used dry cleaners in Boston, New York, and Miami on a weekly basis. I've learned the hard way that not all dry cleaning services are the same. When I was hired as property director of Murano at Portofino, Sudsie's dry cleaning was the company that was providing the dry cleaning service for the residence and staff for the building. My head concierge came into my office with 2 yellow Sudsie's bags with all of my contact info typed into the I.D. tag and explained their pick up and drop off policies. A week later I left a full bag of Suits, pants, and dress shirts at the front desk for pick up and had no idea that my clothes were about the receive the best treatment they have ever experienced. My clothes were clean, pressed and prepared for their return so carefully that the superior service that Sudsie's provides was apparent immediately. As if that wasn't enough, the company's owner Jason Loeb personally comes out to the property from time to time to make sure everything is ok with the service they provide, and inevitably we report that Sudsie's continues to exceed out expectations.
